We want to offer highest-quality impregnating and care products. We also conduct extensive research on new environmentally friendly and particularly effective technologies.

We believe that environmental and health risks are not justifiable. This is why Fibertec does not use any C8 fluorine agents, which are harmful to the environment. These active agents are used in conventional impregnating agents. C8 fluorine agents are bioaccumulative (which means that they accumulate in the cells of humans and animals and may cause health damage). In addition, they contain perfluorinated tensides (more widely known as PFT such as PFOA or PFOS).
In our BlueLine products special C6 fluorine agents of the newest generation are used.
Fibertec C6 fluorine agents are not bioaccumulative and do not contain any perfluorinated tensides.
Due to these special properties the Fibertec C6 active agent is significantly more environmentally safe than customary C8 active agents. In developing this product series it was important to us to achieve a particularly intensive water-repellent and oil-repellent impregnation.
